INDEED POLICY THEMATIC GROUP WORKSHOP

EFUS together with the University of Helsinki and PATRIR invite you to participate in a workshop for policy-makers organised in the framework of the INDEED Project focusing on improving evidence-based evaluation and evidence-based policy making and practice in PVE/CVE and Deradicalisation initiatives. The workshop will collect expert insights and recommendations on evaluation of policies and strategies (at different scales – national, local, regional and EU) targeted at prevention of violent extremism and radicalisation, from policy makers and experts in evaluation of PVE/CVE strategies. The language of the event is English.

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, expertise and insights, and practises you may have on evaluation of PVE/CVE policy or a strategy. Participants will also exchange on key lessons learned, recommendations for improving evaluation of policies and strategies in the PVE/CVE field, and the mechanisms contributing to evaluation with other stakeholders coming from similar sectors. The discussion will contribute to the development of a tool to help policy makers and first-line practitioners plan and conduct evidence-based evaluations of PVE/CVE policies, strategies and practices.
