On 14-15 December INDEED is invited to the CERIS – Fighting Crime and Terrorism/Resilient Infrastructure annual event 2023 in Brussels, Belgium.

The two-day event, organised by DG HOME, brings together security research practitioners, policymakers, researchers, civil society and industry to discuss cross-cutting topics that have a broad and horizontal impact on research and innovation in this domain.

The first day of the event will be dedicated to exploring the concerns that challenge effective access to high quality and quantity of domain-specific research data and possible solutions, whereas the second day of the event will look at understanding the possible challenges for new stakeholders, notably from NGO/CSOs, to participate in security research consortia, and propose feasible solutions to galvanise greater diversity in consortia.
