Deliverable 5.4 Toolkit for practitioners and policy makers including an e-learning suite presents the development process of the Toolkit within the INDEED project with special focus on the Evidence-Based Evaluation Model (EBEM) and the Evidence-Based Evaluation Tool. At this stage of the project, two Toolkit components are ready (Repository of risk and protective factors and EBEM), while two are under development (2 e-guidebooks and evaluation tool). In a further iteration of the Toolkit, the remaining deliverables which are to be included in the Toolkit in the second phase of the INDEED project will be integrated into the platform. A detailed description of the Repository was presented and delivered in Deliverable 1.3 Two digital Repositories of factors/pathways leading to radicalisation and factors strengthening resilience to radicalisation that present the most recent findings.
